Why we're different

Hey! It’s Lenny, the owner of Underground Strength. Almost 12 years ago when I became qualified, I didn’t have an easy ride. From multiple failed job interviews at commercial franchise gyms, I never saw myself fitting in.

I saw something that bothered be in these gyms. Many clients were lost in the crowd of class-based studio gyms, running endlessly on treadmills without personalized attention or guidance. So I created Underground Strength – a gym that prioritized strength and muscle building outcomes while providing individualized coaching and support.

I look forward to hearing from you

Lenny,
