Before jumping into group coaching, you'll start with two 1:1 personal training sessions to build confidence, master technique, and ensure you feel comfortable. Plus, our group sessions are personalised to your level, regardless of your experience.
Not at all! You don’t need to be fit to start, but you do need to start to get fit. Our programs are designed to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re completely new to strength training or looking to refine your technique.

Our group coaching memberships start at $85/week, and our personal training memberships start at $169/week, depending on the level of support and frequency you choose.
Unlike traditional gyms, we don’t do generic memberships where you pay to access equipment—you’re investing in expert coaching, structured programming, and a system designed to keep you accountable.

Personal training memberships sets you up for faster results. If you want tailored coaching, accountability, and precision in your training and nutrition, this is the best option.
Group coaching delivers incredible results if you commit to showing up at least 3x per week. Our structured programming ensures you're progressing without guesswork.
We run group coaching sessions Monday to Saturday, with dedicated time slots to fit your lifestyle.
Morning Sessions (Before Work): 6 AM and 6:45 AM, – get your training in before the day begins.
Evening Sessions (After Work): 5:15 PM, 6:00 PM, and 6:45 PM – train after your workday without feeling rushed.
Saturday Mornings: 7:30 AM, 8:15 AM, and 9:15 AM – perfect for catching up or kicking off your weekend strong.
All sessions are capped between 8-12 members, so you receive personalised coaching and structured progressions while training in a motivating group environment.
If you have received clearance from your practitioner such as a; physiotherapist or chiropractior, you are welcome to start with us. Our new members' will experience 2 one-one personal training sessions in the first week allowing us to understand any areas of concern or weakness related to your injury. we prioritize improving performance while keeping you injury-free.
we believe your fitness journey should be free from the constraints of locked-in contracts. We understand that many of our members have experienced burnout from commercial and personal training gyms in the past. That's why we offer a love it or leave it guarantee in the first 7 days of joining, allowing you to experience our gym firsthand and ensure it's the right fit for you. Additionally, we provide the option to cancel anytime with just 28 days notice, We're committed to providing a positive fitness experience and our membership options reflect that commitment
