THE MOST BASIC MEAL PREP EVER

Your trainings on point, you know how to eat well to gain muscle, drop body fat – yet when it comes to meal prep you become stuck and confused.

Clients raise up the struggle of meal prep a lot and mention they don’t know what foods to eat nor do they have the time.

Here’s foods we use to give us the easiest and quickest meal prep:

Protein – Chicken breast bulk packs, Marinated with in Nandos Peri-peri sauce. We like to use a BBQ to grill chicken due to cooking a larger bulk in one go.

Fibrous Carbs – 1kg bag of frozen vegetables from Aldi ($2.79 a bag)

Starch Carbs – 90 second coconut rice from Aldi ($2.70) these taste amazing and give excellent flavour to the rice.

Fats – Organic peanut butter ($3.99) and also Sardines. “Ewwwww sardines!”, hold on a sec….Sardines contain very low mercury levels and are very micronutrient dense. They have a significant amount of calcium and contain very high levels of Omega 3’s (higher than tuna). If you’re strapped for time with meal prep, simply add foods that are time efficient to prep.
