What makes your gym different?

We blend personal training with group coaching. Every membership includes unlimited group sessions, so you are not left figuring things out alone.

How does group coaching compare to regular classes?

Sessions are capped at 6 to 10 members. Each person gets their own squat rack with personalised weights and progressions. You start with two 1-on-1 PT sessions before joining group.

Can I just do one-on-one personal training?

Yes. We offer private 1-on-1 personal training for those who prefer a fully individualised approach.

Is strength training suitable for beginners?

Yes. You start with two 1-on-1 PT sessions to build confidence and master technique. Group sessions are personalised to your level.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?

Yes. We provide personalised nutrition guidance to complement your training with a balanced, sustainable plan.

How much does a membership cost?

Group coaching starts at $85 per week. Personal training starts at $169 per week depending on frequency and support level.

What results can I expect?

Most members see noticeable improvements in 6 to 12 weeks. We focus on sustainable progress, not quick fixes.

Can I start with an injury?

If cleared by your practitioner, yes. Your intro PT sessions allow us to program around any concerns safely.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No lock-in. Love it or leave it in the first 7 days. Cancel anytime with 28 days notice after that.

Will I get bulky from lifting weights?

No. Strength training gives you a lean, toned appearance. It enhances your natural shape, not bulk.

Do I need to be fit before joining?

Not at all. You do not need to be fit to start, but you do need to start to get fit. We meet you where you are.
