YIN-YANG APPROACH IN TRAINING

Are you after fulfilment in all areas of your life? Including fitness? Relationships? Career?

Let’s take a look inside the role of our bodies nervous system.

As humans, we are unique and divine in our own way. Some of us tend to display more YIN than YANG and some of us tend to be more YANG than YING.
In order to reach true fulfilment in your life’s challenges and endeavours we need to learn to display a balance between the TWO

In regard to health and fitness – We are always referring the Yin-Yang symbol to teach clients the importance of both. You need to be YANG in the gym and attack those weights with straight up aggression and put your body under stress so your muscles can breakdown.

You also need the balance of YIN to be able to sleep to release anabolic hormones in order to grow bigger muscles and lose fat.

We can even go deeper and look into another train of thought with our psychology and personalities.
When we are TOO YIN. We are soft, impotent, weak, struggle with the ability to speak up, struggle with decision making skills.

If we are TOO YANG we are constantly angry, short fused, tired all the time, stressed and over-trained in the gym.

As you reach different phases in your life – You realise that you will need a balance  between both ‘Masculine & Feminine” energy to move forward and become a stronger version of yourself.
