As unnatural thinness becomes attractive, girls are doing unnatural things to be thin.
Starvation diets, fasting, individualised diets, overtraining, fat burners/thermogenic, clenbuterol/ anabolic steroids, cocaine, ecstasy, surgery, waist thinning belts, the list goes on…
Women’s ‘perfect’ body types has changed throughout history. For example…Thousands of years ago – Women who were curvy and thick were symbolised as wealth and success because it meant they were fed well and came from a rice family. Whereas the skinny, were labelled as poor and malnourished and were considered to be from the slums.
IT WASN’T UNTIL THE FASHION INDUSTRY TOOK OVER…
In order to cut costs they could effectively just use less material, but it also meant models had to be ‘skinny’ to fit into their clothing.
The Solution
1️⃣Learn to love yourself and work on YOU – not what fashion or society wants you to be.
2️⃣Remove your desire to want to be ‘skinny’
3️⃣ Stop following or comparing yourself to materialistic fakes on instagram. They’re clearly not adding any value to your life especially when their instagram is filled with ‘soft-porn’ shots of hyperextended lumbar spines in attempts to stick their ass out
4️⃣ Be a thinker, because you owe it to yourself.
