THE CURE FOR “SKINNY FAT”

Ever wondered why you’re training HARD – yet still can’t drop the belly fat?

 

My client Steve came to me with the exact problem (and it’s one I hear a LOT as trainer.) The problem was, he wasn’t lazy. In fact, he was training harder than ever yet was seeing no change.

His old priorities were:
>>1.More Cardio Sessions
>>2. Lift weights
>>3. Eat as less as possible

Yet within the first few weeks, despite losing 3KG’s, his body fat hadn’t budged.

He’s what I would refer to as SKINNY FAT – the common trend thats happening inside gyms everywhere.

When we adjusted his priorities, thats when we really started to see Steve become SHREDDED and gain lean muscle mass at a much faster rate.

His new priorities in order:
>>1.Diet (using MyFitnesspal to track calories every day)
>>2.Weights (5 x per week)
>>3.Rest

The solution was simple…

focus less on weight loss and endless amounts of cardio but more so on changing the composition of his body to become athletic, SHREDDED and leaner.
